The
Ambition Education Trust (AET) consists of ten schools in Hertfordshire; three
primary, one nursery and infants’, one juniors and five secondary. Our Trust
launched in September 2024 following the amalgamation of two established Multi
Academy Trusts (MATs), Alban Academies Trust and Atlas Multi Academy Trust. Our
aim is to build on our proven track records of maintaining exceptional standards
and driving continuous school improvement. We are building a collaborative
partnership of schools which will provide an exceptional educational experience, both within and outside the classroom, by promoting
excellence and stretching challenge.
Providing
‘educational excellence for all’ and making superb
learning opportunities available to all the children and young people in our
schools, requires exceptional teachers and support staff.
As a trust we strive to

Within our schools and
trust central team, we have a wide range of fantastic roles both within teaching, including newly qualified and unqualified
teaching positions, and school support roles, such
as classroom and learning support, administrative support and roles within our
business functions.

Ambition
