WELCOME TO SKYSWOOD PRIMARY AND NURSERY SCHOOL

Skyswood Primary and Nursery School is a one-form entry school with a catchment area within the Marshalswick and Jersey Farm area of St Albans, Hertfordshire. 

Our School and Nursery is part of a supportive community and we provide a warm, friendly learning environment where all children are valued and are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

In our most recent OFSTED inspection, in November 2014, our school was found to be an ‘outstanding’ school.

We are committed to providing a high quality education for all of our children through high quality teaching and a rich, creative and inclusive curriculum, which begins with our early years and is reflected through all key stages. 

We are proud of our facilities and attractive grounds. We  have a large assembly hall, an extensive library/learning area, a spacious dining room, a dedicated music room, and seven very large classrooms. Outdoors we have two hard surface playing areas, a large playing field and extensive outdoor apparatus,
