Staff across all subjects and at all stages of their careers are supported to continually look for ways to innovate and improve their own practice. This includes drawing on extensive opportunities offered by Wandle Learning Partnership, our teacher and curriculum development arm whose role includes supporting our Department for Education-designated Maths, English and Teaching School Hubs,

The Trust is also home to award-winning Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised, an early reading programme currently being used by more than 5,000 in England and internationally to teach children to learn to read, read well and experience the joy of reading.

Senior leaders within Wandle Learning Trust also enjoy the support of our central team, whose expertise spanning estates, governance, HR and finance means they have more time to focus on the core purpose, teaching and learning.
