We are a family of primary, secondary and special schools based across Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Here at The Active Learning Trust we are hugely proud of our dedicated team of teaching and support staff, who are committed to improving outcomes for our children and young people.
We are also proud of our record of retaining and developing our staff. All of our schools have a focus on professional development and offer clear pathways to leadership for those who wish to pursue them. Our staff also benefit from being part of our network of diverse schools and we regularly bring together colleagues from different schools to share best practice and celebrate achievements.
