About Neale-Wade Academy
Neale-Wade Academy is a calm, caring and ambitious 11–18 school in the heart of March, with one clear purpose: to help every young person feel safe, supported and capable of achieving their very best. We are building a school where high expectations, strong pastoral care and a wide range of opportunities work hand in hand, so that students can not only succeed in school, but also develop the confidence and self-belief to thrive beyond it.
We believe confidence grows when young people are given the chance to explore new things, discover their strength and be recognised for what they achieve. That same belief shapes the way we work with our staff. This is a school where relationships matter, where colleagues are encouraged to see the potential in every child and in one another.
This is a school on a steady improvement journey. We have worked hard to strengthen behaviour, attendance and the wider culture of the school, creating a calm environment in which students can learn and staff can teach with clarity and purpose.
