It is an exciting time to be considering joining our large and very successful Trust. We are in the process of developing our SRS 2030 vision which sets out our long-term plan for development, building on the great successes we have already celebrated in terms of the results our pupils have achieved and the excellent inspection outcomes achieved across our schools.
None of this would be possible without putting our staff at the heart of the work we do. As such, we are in the process of launching our updated Trust People Strategy, working closely with our two sister Trusts across the Diocese of Nottingham. This strategy sets out a range of approaches we take to ensure we have the growth and wellbeing of our staff at the heart of what we do. Our approaches to ongoing professional development, flexible working, employee growth and development are just a few key areas where we seek to make our employees' time with us as enjoyable and fruitful as possible.
