A Warm Welcome
Welcome to the website of St Thomas Catholic Voluntary Academy in Ilkeston. St Thomas' is a lovely and friendly school situated in the parish of Our Lady and St Thomas of Hereford in Ilkeston. We have 237 very kind and welcoming children at the school; excellent teachers and excellent facilities.
We aim to provide an environment, which is safe, happy and nurturing, so that all our children can learn effectively. Every individual is valued and their successes are celebrated. We have high standards of behaviour within an educational environment that challenges and motivates, which is all underpinned by Gospel values and a love of Christ.
We are proud to be part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust - and together with the trust - we are committed to provide the best Catholic education possible.
