HEART Academies Trust formed in 2017 and currently consists of one secondary school, Bedford Academy and three partner primary schools, Cauldwell, Shackleton and Shortstown. Together we serve more than 2500 pupils aged from 2 to 18 years.

We are a non-profit making charitable company sponsored by the Harpur Trust, one of the largest charities in the UK. With a proven track-record in education through their ownership and management of four Harpur Trust private schools in Bedford and as a sponsor of Bedford Academy since its creation in 2010, they are the perfect partner to support HEART Academies Trust as we grow.

What we’re looking for

· To ensure the pre-school is a safe environment for children, that equipment is safe, standards of hygiene are high, safety procedures are implemented at all times.

· To support the work and beliefs of the pre-school by adhering to the school and preschool ethos, values, policies, procedures and staff code of conduct.

· To act as a Key worker to a small group of children, with responsibility for observing and recording learning, linking to EYFS expectations and identifying next steps in learning for individuals.

· Keeping the individual record file for each of the children up to date, completing 2 year old checks if required and assorted transitional documents.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9.00 - 3.30 with 30 minutes unpaid lunch
