About this Role
SEND support assistants are required in main school and in our suite which is our SEND unit for autistic children and children with global development delay.
Visits are encouraged to see our provision in the suite and in mainstream school.
Our SEND Support Assistants, under the direction of the Assistant Head teacher, provide a vital role supporting the children with their day-to-day routines and learning. Along with the class teacher, our support assistants, endeavour to break down any barriers to learning so that all children can fulfil their full potential.
We are a fully inclusive school where every child truly matters. We are proud of our academic success, our high standards and the exemplary behaviour are children show.
We welcome applicants who have had experience supporting children with sensory needs.
