The role of Head of Year will be to take responsibility for a year group and to promote a strong effective culture of excellence whilst embedding out school and trust values. The post holder will monitor attendance and punctuality and maintain an up to date risk register of high-risk students.
We are open, supportive and flexible with high-quality CPD opportunities through our Teaching School Hubs and Professional Development Institute.
