With effect from July 2025, we are seeking to appoint an
outstanding candidate to this vital role, to cover the maternity leave of the
substantive post holder.
This is a key role in the future development of the
Academy. The post holder will be responsible for driving the inclusion
agenda by working with VP’s, SENDCO, Year Leaders, Tutors and other
stakeholders to ensure high quality provision for vulnerable students. We are
looking for someone who is committed, confident and passionate about supporting
young people and helping them succeed.
OSCA is a welcoming academy which has benefitted from a
major re-build and refurbishment programme. This has created exciting, new and
well-equipped learning spaces. We are becoming increasingly the academy
of choice in our community and are full and oversubscribed once again.
We are in very close proximity to Birmingham city centre
with excellent transport links by car, bus and train; and are just a few
minutes from Junction 2 of the M5.
