About The Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust

Welcome to the Diocese of Worcester Multi-Academy Trust (DoWMAT). This is an exciting time for the Trust as we continue to grow and support academies throughout Worcestershire and Dudley.
The Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust aspires, through its mission statement of ‘to love, to learn, to serve’, to enable all its academies to flourish so that our whole academy community can ‘live life in all its fullness’. (John 10:10).
Children and young people are at the heart of our work and each of our academies is committed to implementing a collaborative approach to developing and securing excellent educational provision for all our pupils.
Our ambition is to ensure that every academy within the Trust provides excellent learning outcomes for all pupils. In order to achieve this, the Trust determines to extend and embed collaborative learning and professional development opportunities for all teachers and professionals throughout the Trust in order to ensure all staff are both confident and competent to deliver excellent provision for teaching, learning and the personal well-being for all pupils.
Trust academies share a commitment to continue working with local partner schools to improve the educational opportunities for pupils within their wider communities.
