Our key mission is to maintain a culture where we are all: 'Learning to Live and Living to Learn’. We recognise each child as a unique child of God. Our vision is to provide an excellent education which equips each child with the necessary skills to meet changes and challenges throughout their life. We encourage and support our children to be "courageous advocates". This means they champion causes which are special and meaningful to them. These may be global issues or matters far more personal and closer to home.

The school nestles within beautiful grounds in the small village of Rushwick. We are in an idyllic location, within walking distance of Worcester city, but also on the edge of farmland with expansive views towards the Malvern Hills. We aim to maximise the use of our beautiful setting by enriching the children’s learning and providing them with areas to explore and ‘space to grow’. This does mean they may occasionally come home muddy! Through this we enable them to experience awe and wonder of the world, develop an appreciation of beauty and value the environment around them. 

Every member of staff is committed to providing the children with a safe and exciting environment where they can make the most of every learning opportunity offered to them. Our aim is to provide children with a ‘home from home’ nurturing experience, where we hold onto and value the awe and wonder of childhood, within a framework of high expectation and academic rigour.

Following the completion of a £1.2 million school expansion project, we are operating with seven single age group classes for the primary years Reception, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
