The Diamond
Learning Partnership Trust is a charitable multi-academy trust. Founded in
2012, we are extremely proud of the success of our pupils and staff and we work
hard to achieve the highest level of support, teaching and resources in an
outstanding environment. This success is underpinned by the support of parents
and carers who work hard with the Trust and their children to achieve the
highest possible standards.

The aim of The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust is to create
schools where every child achieves the highest possible standards through a
relentless focus on quality teaching and learning.
The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust (TDLPT) is focused on
transforming children’s lives and therefore life chances through a clear focus
on unlocking every child’s abilities. Our primary objective is to provide the
perfect balance between an excellent education, uncompromising pastoral care
and the nurtured development of every individual child’s qualities.
We believe that distinctiveness of our schools is a key strength
of our Trust. Each of our schools has an identity and place in the local
community; this enables them to make conscious decisions about the curriculum
offered. Each school follows the National Curriculum and provides a rich,
broad and balanced curriculum which is used as a vehicle to deliver a
high-quality education appropriate to their pupils.
We are united in our aims to provide a strong education for any
pupil who attends our schools. To do this we need committed and refined

We have a track record in School Improvement having previously
led a success Teaching School. Our offer
has evolved into Diamond Education & Professional Learning which provides
high quality support and training to teaching staff, delivered by specialised
practitioners. Our wide range of bespoke training courses are written and
delivered by practising class teachers and senior leaders. We offer Initial
Teacher Training as a Lead Partner for the University of Bedford, providing
both Primary and Primary Early Years routes into teaching. We have a strong history of growing our own
leaders
We have also developed Discover, a bespoke portal exclusively
for DLPT staff which comprises a collection of resources, online professional
development and research from within the DLPT and beyond.
