About Compass Eko Trust
Compass
Eko Trust is a family of schools working as one system to improve outcomes for
every child - through a knowledge-rich curriculum, strong professional
collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence.
Originally
formed in 2017 (Compass) and 2016 (Eko), the Trust brings together primary and
special schools across London, Essex, Suffolk and Brighton.
We are
united by a clear commitment: every child achieving, without exception.
Our
approach is grounded in a knowledge-rich curriculum, high-quality teaching and
a deeply inclusive ethos. We are ambitious for every child, ensuring that all
pupils - regardless of background, ability or need - are supported to succeed.
As a
civic Trust, we play an active role in our communities. Our schools are rooted
in their local context while benefiting from the strength of a wider network,
building strong partnerships with families and local organisations.
We are
deliberate about how we work together. Schools collaborate through shared
practice, professional networks and aligned approaches to teaching and
learning. This enables us to strengthen expertise, support leaders and
continuously improve outcomes across the Trust.
