About this Role

Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Required as soon as possible.

 Term-time Plus 5 days during the holidays 37 hours per week. 

39 weeks per year.

PayScale: NJC Grade 7, SCP 18 SCP 23 £31,537 - £33,699  

(£27,090 - £28,948) pro-rata

Are you passionate about supporting pupils with complex social communication needs, SEMH, or Autism Spectrum Conditions? We are looking for a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a real difference.


What the role involves:

·         Providing targeted support to pupils in the classroom and individually.

·         Planning and delivering lessons when required.

·         Promoting inclusive practice and positive behaviour strategies.

·         Collaborating with staff, parents, and external professionals to support pupil development.

What we’re looking for:

·         HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

·         Experience working with SEMH, ASC, or complex communication needs.

·         Strong communication, organisation, and teaching skills.

·         A creative, adaptable, and inclusive approach to learning.
