Grade and Salary: Grade 4 £17,395 - £18,870 per annum (£28,598 - £31,022 FTE)

Working Pattern: 25 hours per week, 41 working weeks per year. Times negotiable, must attend on Mondays

Contract term: Fixed term contract, maternity cover January 2027


The role:

A fixed term opportunity has arisen for maternity cover as Procurement and Health and Safety Officer. We operate from a Head Office in Ashfield with 10 schools in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire along the M1 corridor. This role is central based supporting the central team functions. If successful, you will become an integral part of the team providing administrative support within the Corporate Services Team to provide a first class service to the schools within our Trust. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining records, information and data, producing reports and supporting with administrative tasks.

The person:

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our Corporate Services Team working closely with the Head of Procurement and Head of Health, Safety and Risk. The ideal candidate will be providing vital support completing a variety of tasks to support these areas ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across our schools.
