At Bentley West Primary
School, we are looking for a committed Assistant Head Teacher β SEND
Leader to take strategic responsibility for Special Educational Needs
and Disabilities (SEND) provision across our school, including the Additionally
Resourced Provision (ARP) for pupils who are severely or profoundly deaf.
This is a non-class-based leadership role, but will include some
teaching responsibilities as required.
As a valued member of our Senior
Leadership Team (SLT), you will work closely with the Head Teacher,
Deputy Head Teacher, and specialist staff to ensure that every pupil,
particularly those with additional needs, thrives in our supportive and
inclusive learning environment.
