The Piper Centre caters for 30 pupils and is part of SAND Academies Trust. Pupils are aged between 4- 11 years and have a range of special needs including communication and interaction delay, learning difficulties and Autism and sits within the grounds of Willow Primary Academy.

About
you
The successful applicant
should have a passion for working with pupils who have special educational
needs and disabilities, with some experience working with children and in
supporting teaching and learning. You
may be working in a similar role such as a healthcare assistant, if you are
passionate, caring, and have good communication skills we can offer all the
training and support you need to become a Learning Partner/Teaching Assistant
with us.
The
Role
We are looking to appoint
a Learning Partner/Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team.
The main purpose of the Learning Partner is to support teaching and learning
within classes. The role requires enthusiasm,
hard work and a passion for supporting high quality learning to maximise a pupil's
potential.
