About this Role

We are seeking to appoint a Library and Literacy Intervention Coordinator with commitment to the safeguarding of children and young people.  The post holder will be responsible for Literacy and Year 7 catch-up and alongside the Literacy Coordinator and Curriculum Leader for English, the core purpose of this role is to provide targeted literacy intervention to students and to take responsibility for the school library.  

You will need to have ambition for our students as well as for yourself. We want colleagues who are prepared to push themselves professionally to develop their skills and experiences, so that the young people of Astrea Academy Woodfields get the very best we can offer them.
