What are we looking for?
- Work for 32.5 hours per week during the Term time.
- Work closely with the student building positive working relationships in order to help them, wherever possible, engage fully in school life.
- Have experience of working with young people especially in improving behaviour for learning.
- Be caring and supportive and have a good understanding of the issues our young people encounter.
- Have excellent communication skills.
