Chadwell St Mary Primary School is a happy and positive
school looking to appoint an
Administration Assistant to be a key player in the day-to-day running of the busy
school office. The
Administration Assistant responsibilities include general administration and
telephone duties as well as dealing with daily enquiries from parents, staff
and pupils. This role will also include responsibility for the school’s
admissions and attendance. This position
is a good opportunity for someone who has the enthusiasm to learn about wider
administrative processes and wants to get involved in the busy life of a primary
school.
We are looking for a person who:
This role will be 32.5 hours per week 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday term time (including INSET days)
