  • Support staff in identifying needs and implementing effective interventions
  • Contribute to the development of attendance, behaviour and inclusion strategies across the school

You will also be a visible presence in school, working 1:1 and in groups with pupils, supporting wellbeing and encouraging re‑engagement in learning.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children, families or vulnerable groups, ideally within education, youth work or a related setting
  • Is empathetic, resilient and able to build trust quickly with pupils and families
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Can maintain accurate, confidential records and work with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Is committed to improving outcomes for children and understands the importance of attendance, wellbeing and inclusion
