Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement school policies and strategies.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff and students, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Oversee curriculum development and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Manage and support staff development and performance.
  • Engage with parents, guardians, and the wider community to promote the school's vision and values.
  • Focus on either pastoral care or curriculum development, ensuring the well-being and academic success of students.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Maths, Science, or Religious Education (RE).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a secondary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of educational policies and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
