About this Role

Are you an experienced ICT Technician who is motivated and passionate about IT infrastructure? We would love to hear from you!

You must have the technical knowledge along with a proactive mindset to be the senior IT team member on site for resolution of business-as-usual issues, responsible for using available resources to ensure IT service levels and standards are maintained in the academy. The role provides line management of junior IT staff within the academy, and from time to time will be required to support projects and service improvements, either in the academy or across the trust.

You will provide a comprehensive and effective technical support service to students and all staff (teaching and support) at the academy.  This role requires an IT professional, who has a wide variety of hands-on experience.
