About the role
Due to the retirement of our long serving Site Agent, we are
looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable and well
organised person to join us, as our Site Agent.
Duties will include security of the buildings and
site, including Health and Safety compliance, non-specialist maintenance and
repairs, grounds work, managing contractors, supervising the work of cleaning
staff and general porterage.
Previous caretaking experience is preferable and a
high level of technical ability in routine maintenance/handy-person skills and
some flexibility in hours is essential. You will be line managed by the Business Manager however much of the job will involve working independently.

This is a permanent role, 35 hours a week. Suggested working hours are 7am - 11am and then 3:45pm - 6:45pm, however this working pattern is negotiable. Additional hours/overtime may be required at certain times of the year and for certain school events; this will be paid in addition to the annual salary.
