About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic
and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at Neale-Wade. The successful
candidate will provide classroom supervision when the teacher is absent, ensuring
there is a productive working environment for the pupils. This is a key role in
supporting the day to day running of the school.
We are looking for someone
who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, has high
expectations of themselves and pupils, with good knowledge of behaviour
management techniques and the ability to use these in the appropriate
situations.
