Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week, 39
weeks per year (term-time plus 5 training days)
Salary (FTE): ALT Grade E - £26,196.00 to £27,255.00
Salary (Actual): ALT Grade E - £22,432.04 to
£23,338.88

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Reading
Associate to join our team at Neale-Wade Academy. This is a fantastic
opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students by
supporting the development of foundational reading skills and helping to close
the reading gap for KS3 learners.

As a Reading Associate, you will:

Work closely with students to build confidence
and fluency in reading.

Deliver targeted interventions that foster a
love of reading and improve literacy outcomes.
·
Support the organisation and logistics of
small-group sessions, including light administrative tasks.
