About this Role

Join our Science team as Second in Science

Neale-Wade Academy is seeking to appoint a talented and motivated Second in Science to support the strategic leadership and day-to-day running of our successful Science department. This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner looking to take the next step in their career, with responsibility for supporting teaching and learning, curriculum development, and departmental improvement.

The position attracts a TLR 2.1 (£8,610) and offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, forward-thinking team committed to high standards and student success.

Salary: £32,916-£51,048 plus TLR2.1 £8,610 per annum

  • Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress
