Shaping excellent teaching is at the heart of this role. At Neale Wade Academy, we are looking for a Lead Practitioner for Science who will strengthen practice across the faculty by modelling high quality teaching, supporting colleagues and driving improvement for every learner. Working as part of a collaborative and values-led school community, the role focuses on elevating the quality of teaching and learning, guiding professional development, and helping colleagues build inclusive, ambitious classrooms. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a large secondary academy with a strong commitment to raising outcomes, where your expertise and leadership will help ensure students experience consistently high standards in science.
