The successful candidate will help to facilitate a fully inclusive, safe
and supportive learning environment, enabling individuals with a wide range of
learning needs and difficulties to access a high quality learning experience.

in their education and be successful in reaching their academic potential.
The successful candidate will join
a highly effective and dedicated Learning Support Team, who work relentlessly
to support students’ academic achievements alongside their personal development
and wellbeing. A capacity to work effectively as part of a team and
individually, alongside a working knowledge of potential barriers to learning
and the strategies needed to overcome them, will be essential.
Reporting directly to the SENDCo, we are looking for someone who is habitually inclined to be positive, is energetic with a can-do attitude. Crucially, we are looking for someone who understands their impact and is able to raise the levels of optimism and energy in those around them.
