Batley Girls’ High School is a 11-19 school and we are very proud of our achievements: ‘Students achieve exceptionally well in this outstanding academy.  They make rapid and sustained progress’ (Ofsted, 2013). We are seeking to appoint an innovative Teacher of Science to join our successful and hardworking Science team. The successful applicant will be learner-centered and a collaborative practitioner. The post offers excellent opportunities for a committed practitioner with good knowledge of all Science subjects and the ability to teach this across the ability range. Experience of teaching up to Key Stage 5 is desirable, but not essential.
