Batley Multi Academy Trust currently comprises Batley Girls’ High School, Batley Grammar School, Field Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School, Healey Junior, Infant and Nursery School, Manorfield Infant and Nursery School and Upper Batley High School. We provide high quality education for all young people. This collaboration enables us to share expertise, knowledge and best practice to ensure academic and pastoral excellence throughout all of our schools, with all schools embracing the same overall ethos and values, whilst maintaining their own unique characters. 

Batley Girls’ High School is a 11-19 school and we are very proud of our achievements: ‘Students achieve exceptionally well in this outstanding academy.  They make rapid and sustained progress’ (Ofsted, 2013). We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to work full time. The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people in a school environment, with proven success in using teaching resources and supporting learners. Knowledge of the national curriculum is also essential. 

Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, the post holder will have good organisation and communication skills and can work well in a team. The role will involve providing support and guidance to individual groups or on a whole class basis through curriculum activities. The post will be based at Batley Girls’ High School however the successful candidate may be asked to work across Batley Multi Academy Trust.
