About this Role

We are looking for a receptionist to provide an outstanding professional first point of contact for the Academy. This is a fast paced, reactive and varied role within our popular, over-subscribed school where students’ achievements are outstanding. You will be joining a team of dedicated and highly professional staff whose aim is to enable all students to fulfil their potential.

You will:

· have a professional and confident telephone manner.
· be responsible for monitoring and answering the school gate.
· confidently implement Safeguarding, in line with Academy procedures, for all external callers.
· be well organised and reactive, able to switch tasks quickly and efficiently as the need arises.
· have a current First Aid certificate or be willing to undertake training in this area.
