West Lakes Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person to join the Learning Support Team. This is a key role in providing a welcoming and safe environment for staff, students and visitors. 

The successful candidate will:

• Be well-organised
• Be self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Driven to support students to achieve their best
• Have relevant Level 3 qualifications in relevant discipline
• Appropriate Level 2 in both English and Maths at grade C or above

Previous experience is desirable however full training will be provided for the right candidate.
