qualities we are looking for include:

Ability
to relate well to children and adults and communicate effectively at all levels

Ability
to deal effectively with students presenting challenging behaviour using
de-escalation techniques as appropriate
·
Ability
to work independently and as part of a wider team
·
Knowledge
and experience of behaviour management and restorative strategies
·
Experience
of working with secondary aged students with additional needs
·
Having
a driving licence is desirable for this role.
·
Essential
English C grade or equivalent
