About this Role

Kimbolton School is seeking to appoint a dynamic Head of Estates & Operations to lead the day-to-day management of the school’s estates and support services. You will ensure the site is safe, well-maintained, and fully fit for purpose, providing an outstanding environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to bring clear leadership and direction to key services including maintenance, grounds, domestic services, security, and transport and fleet operations.

You will lead and co-ordinate operational delivery, manage and develop teams, oversee site and estate performance, control budgets, and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a highly capable individual with significant experience in estates, facilities or operations/project management, and a proven track record of leading teams. Formal qualifications are not essential, nor is prior experience within schools, but strong practical experience and leadership skills are key.
