Kimbolton School is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of its boarding and day pupils, regardless of age, ability, race, culture, religion, sexuality or class. Safeguarding is embedded within the School’s ethos and is everyone’s responsibility. All members of staff, including full-time and part-time employees, volunteers, teaching and support staff, are required to play an active role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the children in the School’s care. A robust safer recruitment process is a vital element of this commitment and incorporates measures designed to deter, reject or identify individuals who may pose a risk to children or who are otherwise unsuitable to work with them.
