About this Role

The Redway School provides special education for children and young people with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, aged two to nineteen. 

We are looking for candidates who are interested in stepping into teaching, as unqualified teachers and who:

 - Are passionate about securing the best outcomes for children and young people with SEND

- Are committed, enthusiastic, self-reflective, flexible team members

Possess excellent communication and organisational skills

Are a graduate or an undergraduate currently working on an appropriate degree.

The post is subject to satisfactory references, social media checks, enhanced DBS & health clearance and a 6-month probationary period. Visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged.
