About The Redway School
Here at The Redway School, we are looking to recruit
enthusiastic, ambitious and energetic specialist teaching assistants to work
with our wonderful children and young people. If you think that you have what
it takes to make a difference to our pupils lives, please get in touch, we
would love to hear from you!
Based in Netherfield, Milton Keynes, we have pupils
attending from all over Milton Keynes as well as neighbouring counties. We pride ourselves on our dynamic diversity
and our ability to support pupils from Early Years all the way through to Post
16 pupils transitioning into adult life. Here at The Redway, we cater for children with a wide range of learning
difficulties, including complex medical conditions, profound and multiple
learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties and those with an autistic
spectrum condition.
You will join a passionate and supportive team and
will be provided with a full induction programme to give you the training you
need to succeed.
We have both full time (32.5 hours per week) and part
time (14-16 hours per week). The posts
are permanent, term time only roles, including 5 training days per year. Part-time posts are for a reduced number of
days, however the working hours are fixed.
