As a Teacher, we want someone who will engage our students; someone who will inspire them beyond the curriculum and expand their cultural knowledge so that they can stand ‘shoulder to shoulder’ with any other young person, from any other background. We want someone who enjoys working with young people, who believes it is a privilege to be a part of their journey into adulthood, and who will show them unconditional positive regard.
This role includes some teaching off specialism, to include a small amount of ICT, we are committed to supporting anyone successful in the role to develop their knowledge in this area.
We pride ourselves on being ethical leaders, and leading with

balances professional challenge with support and kindness. We expect our
colleagues to work hard, and go the ‘extra mile’ for our students, but in doing
so we recognise that additional support is sometimes necessary and our Trauma
Informed and relational approach extends to the way we work with our staff. We
offer a wide range of CPD opportunities, including a bespoke CPD package that
genuinely meets the needs of each colleague. As a member of the Red Kite
Teaching Alliance, we receive high-quality support, advice and training and
