About Trinitas Academy Trust

Welcome from our CEO, Simon Godden

Trinitas Academy Trust is an exciting, forward thinking trust in South East London, consisting of 7 schools, including Primary, Secondary and Special.

Our logo is underlined with three key words; Faith, Family, Flourish! - which sum us up perfectly!

Faith - we are an Anglican trust, although not exclusively Anglican, and so the Christian faith is our foundation.  But faith is so much wider than that.  Our culture is one of faith; we have faith in each other and faith in our students.  We recognise that by working for us, you will be putting your faith in us to be a great employer who will look after you, develop you and inspire you.  And likewise, we will be putting our faith in you!

Family - we are blessed that all our schools are very close together, so we can easily collaborate, share and support each other face to face.  The longest journey anyone needs to do from one school to another is 15 minutes!  This means that staff not only form supportive relationships with staff in the school they are working in, but also their peers across schools.  It’s no surprise that our trust wellbeing survey said that 98% of staff feel supported at work.

Flourish! - we believe that if our staff don’t flourish, then our children can’t flourish - so we do all we can to develop staff at all levels.  As a result, over 30% of our staff at all levels have been promoted within Trinitas, with 80% of our SLT across the trust being ‘home grown’.  Opportunities, not just within your school, but across schools and different phases, together with a comprehensive appraisal and career development approach, will give you the career opportunities you need to develop.  We have teachers who started as midday meal supervisors and senior leaders who started as teaching assistants!  We want to invest in you, so that you can be the best teacher, or member of support staff etc. that you can possibly be.

Please see our website for more information about our wonderful trust, and we look forward to receiving your application and welcoming you to the Trinitas family.

About Trinitas Academy Trust

The Trinitas Academy Trust is a collaboration of schools, all within close range in the London Borough of Bexley.  We have one secondary school, five primary schools and a special school within the Trinitas family.

This partnership has created a family of schools where strong Christian values are at the centre of everything we do.  The resources of all schools are used to provide a stimulating learning environment, which inspires children to do their best.

All the schools work in close partnership towards outstanding outcomes for all pupils. We want to give our children the best education, develop and value our staff, and do all within our capabilities to improve society.

Trinitas is a great organisation to work for and we offer:-

Highly competitive salaries - for teaching and support staff

Welcome to Trinitas Bonus - a recruitment allowance of £500 to all teachers employed directly by us (i.e. not via a recruitment agency).

Trinitas Time - one day of leave per year for personal use during term time - for all staff

Employee Referral Programme - the Employee Referral Programme is open to all staff across the Trust and is in place as an incentive to encourage employees to recommend people in their professional networks for teaching vacancies across the Trust.

A range of family friendly policies - with enhanced contractual payments for maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave

Defined Benefit pension scheme - for all staff
