About St Christopher's C of E (Primary) Multi Academy Trust
St Christopher's is a charitable Trust, responsible for providing education across many primary schools in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay. Our website not only sets out our policy and practice, it also gives a flavour of our vision and values.
Intentionally, the Trust ‘brand’ is not at the foreground for each of our schools. We see them as unique in character and context and promote that. Being part of our Trust is about our collective impact, with skills and expertise available to all. I am responsible for the day to day running of the Trust, ably supported by skilled leaders in our schools and in the wider, specialist areas of our work.
Our Trust is governed by a board of directors who believe we are foremost accountable to pupils, their families and our local communities. We have strong, honest relationships with local governors who give a widely representative voice to the community. We are stewards of our schools.
Our website will demonstrate that we are a Trust that believes that we are stronger together. We are committed to collaborating in humility and respect, including everyone. It’s our privilege and honour to serve each locality, from a secure Christian foundation that is St Christopher’s Trust.
