Working in Partnership

At Ladysmith, we are proud to benefit from a capable and caring governing body, as well as a thriving and active CPTT (Children, parents, teachers together) group, both of which play a vital role in enriching the school experience for our children.

As part of St Christopher’s Trust, we are connected to a network of 21 primary schools. This partnership allows us to collaborate with other school leaders and education experts, ensuring that our leadership team continues to deliver a clear and ambitious vision for school improvement.

We work closely with our neighbouring Ladysmith Infant School, from which many of our children transition. This strong partnership ensures a seamless and supportive move from Infant to Junior education, providing consistency and enabling children to thrive in both settings.
