As CEO, I’m proud to lead a Trust
that places children and young people at the heart of everything we do. Our
mission is simple but powerful: to nurture ambition, inspire curiosity, and
empower each individual to thrive – academically, socially, and emotionally.
We are also deeply privileged to
be part of the Coventry Diocese, which enriches our work with a strong foundation
of Christian values, community spirit, and spiritual development, the golden
thread that runs through our very special Trust. This partnership strengthens

Reduced burden- as staff we can share responsibilities across many areas including leadership hence reducing workload and increasing resilience.
Increased Financial Security- procurement of services, centralised back office functions, workforce retention and progression
