We are a young, vibrant Multi Academy Trust established by three founder schools in November 2017. We have grown by reputation and local links and we now have nine primary phase schools, six in Staffordshire and three in Walsall.
The aim of our Trust is to provide the highest quality education for all the children in our schools by providing effective teaching and outstanding learning experiences and opportunities. We endeavour to achieve this through investment in all of our staff and by engaging with research and development to create a culture of aspiration within the learning environments of our schools. We work closely with two research schools and partners in other Trusts to achieve our goals.
We are guided by our Trust values which are the roots of our strong collaborative culture and ethos. Our values provide our inspiration that produce our goals and can be seen in all of our actions but in particular our curriculum and the effectiveness of our teaching.
We work in collaboration as a family of schools and communities – the ‘Trust is the school and the school is the Trust’. Together we support and challenge one another to add a dividend that could not be achieved alone. Together we are greater than our individual parts alone, which provides our children with the best education possible. Our Trust structures place, pupil and community voice at the heart of all we do. This combines to create strength, resilience and innovation in all of our schools and communities.
I am proud and delighted to be leading our Trust as it grows and expands. This is a very exciting time in our development. We have a considered and sustainable approach to growth as we seek to work with likeminded school leaders who share our values and aspirations for all young people.
Together we can make a difference to the lives of children in the Midlands.
