Are you passionate about technology and committed to delivering high-quality IT support that makes a real difference in education? We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technology Support Officer to join our central IT Services team.
Based at Spencer Academies Trust Central Office, this role plays a key part in delivering the One Spencer IT Service across our academies. You will provide responsive, reliable frontline support to staff and students, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience aligned with Trust standards.
Working across multiple sites, you will support primarily our primary academies, with the flexibility to work more widely across the Trust as required. This includes resolving incidents, supporting users, maintaining devices and systems, and contributing to service continuity during periods of high demand or change.
As part of a mature and evolving in-house IT function, you will play an important role in embedding consistent processes, supporting the rollout of new systems and services, and identifying opportunities to improve the user experience. You will work closely with colleagues across IT Services to ensure technology effectively supports teaching, learning, and wider organisational operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, is confident working independently, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. A full UK driving licence is essential due to travel across our academies.
Join us in a role where every day offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to have a meaningful impact through high-quality IT service delivery.
