Dear parents and carers,

I would like to warmly welcome you to The Bluecoat School!  There has been a Bluecoat School here in Stamford for over 200 years, and I am proud to be part of this heritage of our town, having joined the team in May 2022. 

Our school has always been at the centre of our community, and it continues to be so.  At The Bluecoat School, we value every member of our community celebrating our differences and recognising these differences help us to grow and support each other.  We pride ourselves on our inclusivity, aspirations and ambition for all of our children. At The Bluecoat School, every voice is important and matters; every voice is heard and every new voice which joins us, strengthens our community.

Our website is currently under development and so there are new things being added to it all the time, which will give you a glimpse into life and learning at The Bluecoat School.  Over the next few weeks and months, you will see the wide range of learning and wider curriculum opportunities we are taking part in and you’ll be able to celebrate and share in the academic and personal growth of our community too.

Please make sure you regularly visit our website, follow us on facebook, but ideally come and visit us and let the children and the team tell you all about what being at The Bluecoat school is like.
