Serenity School Crawley is seeking enthusiastic and resilient Progress Partners (Teaching Assistants) to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in small groups and 1:1 settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with ASD and related needs.

We deliver a unique, life-changing education experience through a three-tier curriculum that balances academic achievement with personal, social, and health development. As a Progress Partner, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

This is a Full-Time, permanent, term-time only role. 

About You:

• You are calm, compassionate, and committed to inclusive education.
• You have the ability to build trusting relationships and support emotional regulation.
• You are a team player who can adapt to the dynamic needs of pupils.
• Experience working with SEN pupils is desirable but not essential.
