School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and highly motivated Deputy Headteacher for Inclusion and
Wellbeing to join our Senior Leadership Team from September 2026.
This is a
pivotal leadership role within the school, offering the opportunity to shape a
culture where every young person feels
safe, supported, and able to achieve their full potential. The
successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across inclusion,
safeguarding, wellbeing, attendance, and behaviour, ensuring that all pupils—regardless
of background, disadvantage, or SEND status—experience a high-quality and
equitable education.
As a
senior leader, you will play a key role in driving our inclusive ethos, working
closely with colleagues, families, and external partners to ensure that
vulnerable pupils receive the support they need to thrive both academically and
personally.
